7:40 am	All buses depart to the Sport Centre (Népliget Sport Centre, 10^th district, Vajda Péter u. 38.)
8:30 am	Opening Ceremony
8:50 am – 5:30 pm	Sports Tournament
11:30 am – 3 pm	Lunch
3 pm – 6 pm	Return by bus to the Hotel (Last bus departs sharp 6 pm)
7:30 pm	Dinner Venue: Hotel Intercontinental Ballroom, 1^st floor
8:45 pm	Awards ceremony (Ballroom)
