General rules
Each company can be represented by only one team. Each player can be a member
of only one team
Each team will consist of 6 players (a goalkeeper + 5 field players) + substitutes.
The number of substitute players is unlimited. The match may start with at least
5 players of the team present
Matches will be held outdoors on artificial grass, on handball size soccer pitch.
The size of the goal is 3m x 2m.
Playing time: 2 x 15min with a maximum 5 min break
A goalkeeper may change place with a field player, but only during the break
and with the referee's consent
If less than 5 players remain in any team as a result of the disqualification
of players (the disqualified players are not allowed to return to play), the match
is finished
Cleated shoes are not allowed
Sliding tackle is not allowed
When the ball leaves the pitch sideways either throw or kick can be performed
In other cases the FIFA rules will apply
Competition
The teams are divided by draw into 4 groups
At the group stage each team plays against each team
Teams score 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw and 0 points for a defeat
Standings within each group will be decided by the number of scored points
In case when two or more teams have scored the same number of points, their standings
will be decided by the result of the matches played between each other (points,
goal difference, scored goals)
In case when two teams have scored the same number of points, have the same goal
difference and the same scored goals the places will be decided by penalty kicks
(5 shots per each team)
In case when three teams have scored the same number of points, have the same
goal difference and the same scored goals the places will be selected by drawing
Depending on the number of the teams quarterfinals, semi-finals, the final, and
the match for the third place will be played in the knockout phase
In case of a tied score during the regulation time of a match the winner will
be determined by penalty kicks (5 penalty kicks per each team)
All the points scored in the soccer tournament will be counted towards the general
ranking (1st place is 4 points, 2nd place is 3 points, 3rd place is 2 points, 4th place is 1 point)
