Rules of Individual race

• Running competition will be held at the outdoor running track of 400m length (6 lanes)

• Each company may enter an unlimited number of competitors

• Distance of women and men race: 800m

• 2^nd false start will result in disqualification

• Ranking of women and men is separate and it is based on time results achieved by each competitor

Competition

    Men competition: 29 competitors, 5 rounds         

    Women competition: 21 competitors, 4 rounds

Rules of Relay Race

• Distance of relay race: 4x400m

• Each company can be represented by only one team consisting of 4 players

• Mixed teams (at least 1 woman in each team)

• In the 4 x 400 relay, only the first runner remains in the same lane for the full lap. After receiving the baton, the second runner may leave his/her lane after the first turn. The third and fourth runners are assigned lanes based on the position of the team’s previous runner when he/she is halfway around the track

• The baton can only be passed within the exchange zone, which is 20 meters long

• Ranking is based on time results achieved by each team

• 2^nd false start will result in disqualification

• All the points scored in the Running tournament will be counted towards the general ranking (1^st place is 4 points, 2^nd place is 3 points, 3^rd place is 2 points, 4^th place is 1 point)
